(E3M1 replacement) Inspired by NJ_CASTL.WAD, much of the integrity of the original level has been maintained, except that it is HUGE. I opened up many of the void spaces on the map to make passages and secret rooms. ... There are many ways to approach certain areas, and the action inside the castle is very much determined by the way a player behaves while on the outside. Monsters my appear in one area the first time you play and may not show at all in the same area the second or third time through. (see the original for more comments)

SnailBullet: Don't you just hate hitscan enemies? Then this mutator is for you. It makes hitscan enemies shoot slow tracers instead of the unavoidable hitscan attacks. Anti-Agitation: Makes Revenant's missiles home on you less agressively. Lost-Soul Possession: Gives Lost Souls the ability to "possess" dead enemies, re-animating them, but making the lost soul disapear. Contra-like: Makes you die in one hit, but gives you a damage buff (x2 or x4 damage). Got the idea for this when me and a couple of friends fucked with the damage factor in a survival game a long time ago. It was hard as nails, but surprisingly fun(In multiplayer anyway). NOTE: Contra-like should work with every mod, but it doesn't work so good with Brutal Doom. Make sure you load Contra-like BEFORE Brutal Doom, or else it'll just lock you in third person view and make you nigh invulnerable (Yeah, go figure...). But even when you load it right it seems you lose 50 hp at random some times.

A 'tribute' to Doom 1. All the styles of episodes 1, 2, 3 (and even 4) squished into a 9 map episode. This wad doesn't use any ZDoom features that are not seen in the original doom, except for HUD messages at the start of each level, and of course the features that come with Hexen format maps.

Theres an alternate tracer version of the Snailbullets. Also provided vanilla, low, medium and fast speed versions of both original and new tracer. Also included Accurate versions of both. Not superaccurate, just 50-60% more accurate than vanilla. Also included Faspons Key Autosave mod to make saving more convenient, and Snailbullets compatible with Faspons mod. Theres a compatible Snailbullets for Dark Doom Creatures as well, available in the main download of that wad on this site. Added some compatibility patches for WoS & Fapsons mod with used in conjunction with Ultimate Torment and Torture, Demon Eclipse, Lucifers Rising and Threshold of Pain means that WoS replacements show up and so do the new weapons those wads introduce.

Matthew's Mixes Episode 2 is a collection of music compiled specifically for the original Doom. The music replaced all music on Episode 2: The Shores of Hell. Also, three replacements for the title, intermission, and victory screens. The zMatthewMixesEp2.pk3 was compiled to be used with the Doomsday Engine port. However, it can be played under the Zandronum port as well. All music present in this .pk3 was composed and performed by Guy Matthew Babin, except Movement 5 which was performed by the computer. The music has a soundtrack feel for it. They were carefully selected for Doom playing. If you want to know about the composer, you can view his webpage at www.babins.org/Guy/.

Basically replaces the enemies that where imps, with zombies so that ZombieGuy are ZombieScientists or KnifeZombie and ZombieShotgunGuy are the Remnants that where a WolfensteinSS replacement (lowered their health to balance them). Made sure that the "Deepones", "Writhe" AKA Aracnorb, "Golem", "Mortuus", and "Roach" do not spawn. The zombies occasionally drop ammo or shards, reduced chance for Remnant to drop a Beretta, gave KnifeZombie small chance for Revolver or Beretta drop, ZombieScientists drop vials sometimes. I also made some other changes like removed Abbadon since his hellish theme feels out of place and used Sonnelion instead as the Baron replacement, Lich now spawns in place of Hellknights & LichKing is a rare Baron spawn. Reduced the health for the 2 Caco replacements & the ObsidianSatyr. Plans? I would like to get the Malbouge (mancubus spawn) replaced with a stitched up walking meat factory, and to get the Helliate (chaingunguy replacement) replaced with a Banshee.

The Ultimate DOOM: No End In Sight will be a vanilla 4-episode replacement for DOOM. The project is a collaboration between Xaser and myself, with a few maps by Lutz thrown in for good measure. Tons of other folks have helped with editing tips, graphics, and playtesting, and I will provide full credits once the project is complete. NEIS was spawned from DTWID, and contains versions of our submitted maps with various degrees of modification. --->> Help out the NEIS team! We need new wrapping skies and intermission pics. This is an unofficial pack of models enhancements to be used with the Doomsday Engine. What I did was repackaged and compiled the contents from Risen3D models enhancements and some contents from jDoom Resource Pack to fix certain Risen3D errors to work for recent builds of Doomsday Engine.

Wrath is a 36-level megawad for The Ultimate Doom. 27 levels are for single player (with 4 player cooperative support) and 9 levels are for deathmatch (4 players maximum). Additional information is included inside the "moreinfo" text file. Installation instructions: Step 1: Unzip the udwrath folder by right-clicking on it and choosing the "extract all" option. Step 2: Double-click the unzipped udwrath folder. Copy and paste the wrath.wad file into your ZDoom folder. Step 3: Left-click the wrath.wad file and move it over ZDoom.exe. Select The Ultimate Doom (DOOM.WAD) to play Wrath if you have more than one Doom IWAD in your ZDoom folder. Wrath was created by Macabre Conversions. Total development time: February 22nd, 2015 - June 22nd, 2015.

Restored 1911, Nazi's and MP40. Provided a OldSounds Addon, Lippeth gore and WoS hud also included. ZombieGuys drop CombatRifles and occasionally drop pistols, usually a Beretta but sometimes a 1911 too. Also you get 1911 ammo whenever you scavenge regular pistol ammo because I find it either too rare to find or too messy if I make it spawn regularly. I've included HereticDoom's version and his BTSX hud since its not up here and its quite good too. You can spawn yourself a MachinePistol but it has no new sprites yet.
