After more long nights of looking, Another Doom Level CD-Rom has been located and it is the first release in the German "BooM Power" series. On the disk is 650 wads along with cheats, new monsters, graphics etc. This CD is from Archive.org and I don't take credit for its creation nor do I own it either.
